 Description

As discussed by andrew.feierabend and I in the CR for DOCSP-17894, the transition from minor release notes to the major release notes is awkward due to the size and emphasis of the headings in use.

Not sure if it's the best solution but one possible avenue, using https://docs.mongodb.com/v5.0/release-notes/5.0/ as an example:

  • Visually promote the "Minor Releases" heading by one level
  • Visually promote the "5.0.0 - Jul 13, 2021" heading to the same high level (one level above the subsequent headings) and edit it to "Major release (5.0.0 - Jul 13, 2021)"

This doesn't work if the next level up is the title level, but it points to how the headings for new and changed features in the major release prevent a clean transition from the first minor release to the major release.
