 Description

SERVER-42390 introduced in 4.4 allows documents to be written if a full shard key is not used. However the documentation still says this:

Each write to a sharded collection must include the shard key for the operation to succeed

This statement is not true anymore. Writes can succeed but the resulting documents will fail to be distributed if the location field is not present.
