 Description   

The note under https://docs.mongodb.com/realm/sync/data-access-patterns/sync-mode/#flexible-sync says "Enabling Flexible Sync in Your Node.js Application requires the following...", but at this point in the docs, the user has not indicated what SDK they are using.
