 Description

In http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/administration/production-notes/#mongodb-on-numa-hardware , the discussion does not emphasize that these concerns and instructions are specific to Linux.

A user on Windows found this confusing.

pushing a patch to clarify this.

The update isn't quite right.

It states that the NUMA concerns do not apply to Windows, which is correct.

These concerns also don't apply to Mac OS, Solaris or FreeBSD.

This is a Linux-only issue, not UNIX-only.
