 Description

We often get reports from users who are using Windows who have difficulty converting our unix commands to the Windows shell of their choice. (e.g. TOOLS-3082). I have seen issues particularly with using quotes. I believe cmd, powershell, and terminal all work slightly differently.

Could we add something to the tools documentation to help Windows users? We could list different commands when the syntax would be different on windows, or we could create an info box that explains how commands should be written on Windows.
