| Description |

My team noticed that certain Ops Manager articles have “upcoming” in the title. When I inspected element on an affected docs page - https://www.mongodb.com/docs/ops-manager/current/tutorial/upgrade-ops-manager/
I’d appreciate if you fixed this as soon as possible, since customers are searching for info and might be dissuaded by a confusing title. |

I haven't had much of a chance to look back into this. I'll give an update as soon as I have one.

Hey guys, how's this ticket going?

Thanks! The search indexing is a bit of a black box to the docs writers, so we'll likely need some help from our engineering team to sort this out.

Here's an example of the search results saying MongoDB Ops Manager v6.0 but the results themselves still show "upcoming" in the title. We aren't sure what indexing/engine is powering the search so it could be a delay in refreshing that data set.

carolina.carriazo@mongodb.com can you share an example? we do have an "upcoming" release so maybe those are showing up?

Hey John, articles themselves look good, but when I search on the Docs website, the titles still show up as "upcoming". Might just be an indexing thing, and you're in the process of re-indexing, but FYI.

john.williams@mongodb.com I checked a few documents and it's looking good. I'll let Carolina also check and confirm since she first noted the issue.

carolina.carriazo@mongodb.com leah.coleman@mongodb.com I pushed up another fix. When you have a minute can you check again? Thanks!

I fixed a related issue that I thought would solve this. The tools that we use to publish these docs are not maintained nor supported, so it might take some time to figure out how to resolve this issue.

No change on my end in an incognito window.

Hey john.williams@mongodb.com thanks for the quick update. Checking in an incognito window I'm not seeing the page update. In the HTML source code, I still see "upcoming" in the title and in the metadata tags as well.
Did I check too soon/does it take time to populate? If so I can recheck at a later point today.

Hi leah.coleman@mongodb.com I think I fixed this. Can you please check when you have a few minutes? You might need to clear your browser cache first.

Hi Team - we are raising the priority on this to P2, based on the potential impact this confusion can cause our customers. |
