 Description

Customers have reported an increase in disk i/o upon upgrading from 4.4 to 5.0 (See SERVER-71503 and SERVER-54939.)

In version 5.0 and later, we introduced the tunable parameter oplogBatchDelayMillis to fix this problem. We should also document this in the 4.4 to 5.0 upgrade considerations
