 Description
Original Downstream Change Summary

Adds 'expireAfterSeconds' to the 'changeStreamPreImages' serverStatus section in a single-tenant enviornment. (This is in addition to the ones added in SERVER-77909, you might use SERVER-77909 as reference).

Description of Linked Ticket

As of SERVER-77909, serverStatus.changeStreamPreImages appends information about the 'config.system.preimages' collection in a single tenant environment.

Since pre-images can expire according to either the oldest oplog entry timestamp or expire after seconds, we should consider adding expireAfterSeconds to the serverStatus sectoin.
