 Description

Write a HOWTO for cloning from production to staging, something like:

once:
*) copy production data from hidden secondary to a VM
*) make a copy-on-write snapshot of the VM data
*) bring up the VM with proper RS and sharding config

nightly:
*) shutdown VM, restore to last night's snapshot, bring up
*) use mongooplog to replay last 24 hours of ops from production
*) re-snapshot VM

Since we have the backup/restore tutorials, I think we should be covered. Feel free to reopen if that is not the case.
