 Description

On http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/expire-data/

"TTL collections set the usePowerOf2Sizes collection flag, which means MongoDB must allocate more disk space relative to data size."

Should we state TTL collections set the usePowerOf2Sizes collection flag to true? instead of just it sets this flag? Because every 60 seconds that the ttl thread runs, it sets this flag to true. So people cannot disable it with collMod on a TTL collection because the thread will reset it to true.

I'm good with that. Regarding can't disable it.

I'm not sure we need to, be if so, maybe just state that it cannot be disabled by users.
