 Description

With SERVER-9395, users can page through geo results in order of increasing distance from centroid. E.g., search for restaurants near me, I don't like first 10 results, I hit "next," and the application uses $minDistance and limit to efficiently get next 10 results without a skip. Let's write up a nice example of this.
