 Description

The indexOnly on explain page (http://www.mongodb.org/display/DOCS/Explain#Explain-indexOnly) needs correction.

The definition of indexOnly means that all results come from the index and not that the query can be resolved using the index. The query resolution can still not use the index.

Inserted a link to the SERVER issue in the wiki page. Closing this issue in the mean time, though feel free to open a ticket for full documentation of the output of explain in the Manual.
