 Description   

There's nothing technically wrong with this page, but it makes it much, much less clear that losing majority will result in the replicaset going read-only. That should be emphasized, not hidden 2/3 of the way down the page.

We need a single line or section that can be linked to which states:

"If a majority of nodes is not available there can be no primary and the replica set will be read-only!... For example if two members of a replica set are down then the remaining one cannot be primary and will be a read-only secondary, even if it was primary before the other failures or network split."++
