 Description

In order to actually do this procedure, the user must be logged in as the "__system" user otherwise you'll get a "not authorized" error when trying to write to the systems collections.

Step 2, "Copy the contents of admin.system.users to admin.system.new_users" and step 5 "copy the contents of admin.system.backup_users, created during upgrade, to admin.system.users" are not very detailed. How should the user do the copy? We might as well write out a usable command/snippet here, since it could be error prone for the user to come up with their own approach.
