 Description

Currently the MongoDB manual version number combo box acts pretty funky. If you

1. go to a documentation page like http://docs.mongodb.org/master/data-modeling/
2. switches to version 2.6
3. preform a search on something (like say "text")

You will note that the MongoDB version reverts back to 2.4

I'd forgotten about how we prevent master from getting indexed.

I think v2.4 should get indexed, but maybe not?

I don't think /master/ is indexed by Google, unless it’s been changed since I left (at one time the CSE was explicitly configured to treat /master/ as an alias to /manual/).
That said, if the search input box is changed to load branch/search/ then the browser should stay with the selected version.
Note that this issue also occurs if you select v2.2.

The CSE for /master/ can be seeded with v2.6 content if there's a version specific sitemap referenced in http://docs.mongodb.org/sitemap.xml
