 Description

Provide more nuanced advice during about whether the customer needs to install the monitoring (or backup) agent on a separate server.

Monitoring Agent load scales with a) number of monitored MongoDBs and b) number of databases in those MongoDBs. For the vast majority of deployments, this is negligible.

The Backup Agent is trickier. For the initial sync, the load scales with the size of your data set. After that, it scales with oplog gb/hour. For 50% of our users it probably is a good idea to have it on a separate server. For 50% it might not matter so much.
