 Description

Taks a date and retunrs the week of the year as a number between 0 and 53.

I think it should say "between 0 and 52" and not 53 right?

$week is consistent with %U http://linux.die.net/man/3/strftime. The first sunday of the year is the first day in week 01, and it's possible given leap years, that using this system there could be 53 weeks in a year.
