 Description

Would be very excellent, because right now even googling "mongodb rs.status output" I need to hit the 5th result to see some sample output.

To be fair, rs.status() links to the replSetGetStatus command page where all of the output is documented.

I'm adding a section more direct link which might be a bit more clear.
