 Description

Put the type before the default on config option pages.

For example, this is the current order:

systemLog.syslogFacility
Default: user
Type: string

systemLog.logAppend
Default: False
Type: boolean

Which, in the second case in particular, makes the "type" line almost meaningless, even though it is a meaningful piece of info. Reordering gives a more natural progression:

systemLog.syslogFacility
Type: string
Default: user

systemLog.logAppend
Type: boolean
Default: False
