Many of the intro pages for MMS (eg: https://mms.mongodb.com/help/) are auto-detection pages that send the browser off to another area if you've previously answered the question "cloud or onprem" (presumably stored as a cookie or in your login session since incognito works correctly). On the surface this sounds like a wonderful piece of automation but in practice, the overloading of URLs means that any link given out has a potentially different landing page depending on the prior actions of the user clicking that link. This means we are unable to provide reliable links. |

This appears to have changed recently such that URLs which have no equivalent now forward to a 404 error page. Can we remove the forwarder completely please? |
