This page does not say to download the MMS BACKUP rpm, just the monitoring one, before running yum |

Unless I'm missing something though, it never tells you to download the separate rpm for back-up |

Fixed the broken file name. You have to install monitoring before backup, so it's correct to download monitoring first. |

Also the yum command lower down is not right as the name of the rpm file is not in that format (it has "mms" in the rpm file name) |
