 Description

Per conversation with charlie.page@10gen.com about --exclude parameters not being well documented

I don't recall, but I do know that people want to exclude say 2.6 so only 2.4 is installed. If you don't either then I think that we can let it lie (doesn't look like there is another choice).

charlie.page@10gen.com do you remember what this was about? Also with 3.0 about to come out do you think we're safe to leave it alone or will we have 2.4 enterprise customers for a while?

If I remember correctly, the issue was something about this page being correct:
http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-red-hat-centos-or-fedora-linux/
And this page not mentioning --exclude (among other things?):
http://docs.mongodb.org/v2.4/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-red-hat-centos-or-fedora-linux/
