 Description

This command needs to be properly documented and advertised. It is very important for automating backup procedures, since you need to call db.fsyncLock() and db.fsyncUnlock() from the same connection and presumably also want to do something in between the two.

The actual usage of the command is something like

runProgram("ls", "-al")

which is currently neither inferable from the documentation, nor from the shell's self-help.

runProgram seems unintended for public consumption and auth implications are poorly advertised based on a cursory reading of shell_utils_launcher.cpp. Reopen if there are objections.
