| Description |
|
In the automation agent's cluster configuration, each element in the processes array can now take an optional "alias" field which takes a string value. Here is a description: A hostname alias (often a DNS CNAME) for the server on which the process runs. If an alias is specified, Automation will prefer the alias over the hostname specified in "hostname" when connecting to the server. Furthermore, the alias may be used in the "host" field of the "replicaSets" section and "configServer" field of the "sharding" section. |
