All new storage engines use the listCollection/listIndexes commands and querying the namespace collection will not return any values. This renders all pre-2.8 drivers unable to work with Wired Tiger in most circumstances. We need to clearly mark that 2.8 WT support requires the latest official drivers. |

I think you want to call out the fact that you need to use a new driver in that first section and just link with "more info" to the compatibility section: http://docs.mongodb.org/master/release-notes/2.8-compatibility/#wiredtiger-and-previous-versions. However, you should make it clear that not only the shell won't work, but that the drivers won't work either. |

It should be called out in the "getting started with wt" section that you must have the updated drivers. |
