| Description |
|
Although we tell users how to configure a highly available Ops Manager deployment, we don't give a lot of specific guidance about what will happen if they lose a data center. Most customers will not want to run a truly highly available Ops Manager install, in which every replica set is a PSSSA replica set, with the arbiter in a third data center. Most will try to do a PSA replica set, spread across two data centers. In this case, while they can recover it will not be "instant". We should provide guidance on how to proceed. |
