Add the version string to the policy, so that it's consistent with the AWS IAM policy . The "Version" field precedes the statement, and is a yyyy-mm-dd string. From the reporter:

The Version field isn't needed unless you're using Policy Variables, which we are not, so we're going to continue leaving out the Version field to keep the policy as simple as possible. |
