In the OpsManager deployment, we should emphasize the importance of gen.key that is generated on the first start of OpsManager. Without the gen.key file, the MMS App DB is not usable and we should strongly suggest storing / backing up the gen.key file with same level of persistence / security as would be for a password / certificate. |

What if we are not having the gen.key which is generated for the first time. how can i retrive it? what has to be done. |
