 Description

This Docs reference requires amending: http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/tutorial/rotate-log-files/#rotate-the-log-file

The shell command for log rotation cannot be executed on a arbiter when auth is enabled. This due to the fact that the admin database doesn't exist on an arbiter.

This doc will need to be amended again after the linked SERVER ticket is resolved
