Currently, the Ops Manager documentation mentions the necessary permissions on the Ops Manager Application Database and Backup database in only one difficult-to-discover place: We should be linking to the URL above in a number of places where the knowledge is critical: 2) On the Install pages (for example) we should include the note and link to the required permissions at both a) the place where we show how to configure the Ops Manager application's mongoUri here including a note that says something like "Click here to see how to configure the mongoUri to use authentication" and b) in the configure backup database section where again we should include the same kind of note with links to both necessary permissions and how to configure the mongoUri to use authentication. ........ Tangential, but related in the event that someone needs to also change the connection Uri, username, or password credentials stored within the Ops Manager UI for the backup database: We should add documentation that clarifies, similar to the goals of https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/DOCS-5716 that when connection change are made by saving new information in the mongoUri and user credentials within the Ops Manager UI's Admin > Backup > [Oplog Stores / Sync Stores / Blockstores]: The Ops Manager application and Backup Daemon need to be restarted for the changes to take effect (since the Java driver caches connections). |

@Bob LGTM assuming "clusterAdmin if the database is a sharded cluster, I like the summary of the prereqs at the top of the install procedure! Can we adjust the TOC item |
