 Description   

We should document the threshold at which backups need to go through the provisioning step. It's a reasonable use case to want to start your backups late on Friday night, and customers should be warned if they need to wait for us. There is an FAQ entry telling customers to contact us if they want to backup >2TB/shard, but it seems the limit is lower than this.
