 Description

Ops Manager agents should be downloaded from Ops Manager: These installation pages incorrectly include Cloud Manager content and imply agents can be downloaded from Cloud Manager when doing so will lead to incompatibility issues. This is a critical problem

We should change the description of where they can be downloaded from to not mention https://mms.mongodb.com/. We could simply recommend going to the "Administration > Agents" tab in Ops Manager, and follow instructions for installing, or update the download URL to refer tot he Ops Manager URL.

This impacts
https://docs.opsmanager.mongodb.com/current/tutorial/install-automation-agent-with-rpm-package/
https://docs.opsmanager.mongodb.com/current/tutorial/install-automation-agent-with-deb-package/
https://docs.opsmanager.mongodb.com/current/tutorial/install-automation-agent-from-archive/
https://docs.opsmanager.mongodb.com/current/tutorial/install-automation-agent-on-osx/

The quick fix will be to replace the download step with:
"curl -OL <OpsManagerCentralURL>/download..."

(This conforms to the description on the Monitoring and Backup agent download pages, except those show "curl -OL <mmsUri>/download/" but we should be clearer by saying "OpsManagerCentralURL")
