 Description

We have implemented asynchronous journal commits for WT in addition to MMAPv1. This means that writes are scheduled for commit every 100ms by default, even if no write concern has been specified. Previously WT would only force journal commits every 100MB, or when a write requested journaling specifically. The new WT journaling behavior corresponds to MMAP journaling behavior.
