 Description

At least some of the drivers indicate that slaveOk has been deprecated. For example, http://api.mongodb.org/java/current/com/mongodb/MongoOptions.html#slaveOk

We do not, however, indicate that slaveOk is deprecated in the read preference documentation in the manual. Perhaps we should say at the beginnning of that section that slaveOk is deprecated and that a read preference should be used instead.

slaveOk remains in the wire protocol, so there hasn't been a top down edict to deprecate "slaveOk," but rather specific drivers have deprecated the name slaveOk as a way to control read preference, in conjunction with driver releases around 2.2.

I've made a number of small changes to make these docs more consistent with that, but can't add deprecation warnings, yet.
