We've updated the name of the source file to primer-dataset.json, so if one downloads it without specifying a filename, it'll default to primer-dataset.json. Thanks! |

Hi Samuel, The download step in the import data tutorial does specify that you should save the dataset to a file called primer-dataset.json. If you do that, then the mongoimport invocation will work. That said, I have always thought that it's a bit odd that the file is called dataset.json, and that we then tell you to change its name. I'll confer with colleagues to see if there's a reason we're doing it this way, and – if not – update accordingly. Thanks! |
