looking to documentation found that heading is cut at the right part when not at the full screen mode, no way to scroll it horizontally.

I believe this was taken care of with the project to unify the top nav bar in May.

This does indeed appear to be the case (I've attached a screenshot). It sort of disappears a few times as you get down in width, and then once the table of contents area disappears, the nav bar at the top gets weirdly chopped.
