The 3.3 release is slated for end of Q2 and we need to update the compatibility matrix to reflect the following : PyMongo 3.3 supports MongoDB 2.4 - 3.2 |

We also need to add rows for PyMongo 2.9 (same as 2.8), PyMongo 3.1 (same as 3.0), and 3.2 (same as 3.0). Also need a column for Python 3.5, supported by PyMongo2.9, and 3.1+. |

The major change is that python 3.2 and pypy3 will have to be separate columns in the matrix (they currently share a column). We dropped support for python 3.2, but continue to support pypy3. It's no longer true that pypy3 is python 3.2. |
