 Description

For version 3.2.6, we now size in-memory (ephemeral) storage engines correctly.
The in-memory storage engine default oplog size is 5% of physical memory, with a lower bound of 50 MB and an upper bound of 50 GB.
The disk-based storage engine default oplog sizing remains the same: 5% of free disk space, with a lower bound of 990MB and an upper bound of 50GB.

I tried to edit the text myself but couldn't come up with a clean way to express this.

If you're trying this out yourself, I added some debug log messages when the oplog size is calculated, at verbosity level 3 (vvv).
