| Description |
|
The "Search" feature of our Documentation site isn't very good. A simple google search for "mongodb collmod" and the first search hit is the actual collmod documentation, for the latest version even! Since Google indexes our documentation for free, why not simply defer to it? |

The case sensitivity is a weird thing too. In the "bad" search results, you can see that the hits are hitting the mixed case string, even if the search string itself is all lowercase. |

Confirmed, collMod returns the expected results, collmod does not. |

It appears to be a case sensitivity issue. I get the expected results IFF I search for "colMod" |

Amazing. That screen shot is from Chrome on my macbook. I just tried Chrome on my Fedora desktop – same results. I then tried FireFox on the same machine, and I get YOUR results. I am mystified. |

I attached a screen shot. I don't get it. I'm missing your first search hit (the most important one.) |
