Thank you for the quick reply!

Please see attached a screenshot of the error from AWS (URL: https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?region=us-west-2#policies).

It appears that the version number is required. Upon adding a version tag I am able to create a policy with provided template.

Also, the example in our documentation leaves out the Version field (see the paragraph here), which is not required. Is that causing the issue?
