The intention of the feature is that if a regular terminate fails due to error, and the admin wants to terminate despite the error (probably because the error is not as important), there is an option to press force terminate on the Admin Job Doc Page that will terminate the job ignoring all errors.

I'm not sure if there are any other pages that need to be changed since I don't know the docs site well enough, but in general pages explaining how regular terminate works should mention it.
