Hey guys & girls, I've just been banging my head against the wall for the past hour on why i couldn't set up the mongo users properly... or so i thought. It turns out what I was missing is the single quotes around the username and password on the command line... Imho, this (using no quotes) should also be supported to help users of other databases who use command-line clients find their way around with mongo, but if nothing else it should be CLEARLY documented on this page (like, in BOLD CAPITALS) : D Thanks for your time, |
