 Description

Make clear in server docs as well as driver docs that the rs.config must contain only host names that can be resolved by drivers.

This misunderstanding comes up again and again as seen in the issue below.

https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/NODE-787

I've added a comment to

https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-1889

That is a possible work around for the issue in a future server version but right now we might just need to tighten docs to make sure less people fall in this trap.

This issue comes up often with docker deployments. We probably need a "Using MongoDB with Docker" guide.
