We have had a few customers run into issues when trying to do mongodump/restore with global "readWrite" roles when profiling is enabled and they attempt to dump the system.profile collection. The "backup"/"restore" roles exist as a solution for this but they are not documented on the tools pages. |

The Backup role is already mentioned in the "Required Access" section of the mongodump docs, and teh Restore roles is mentioned in the "Required Access" section of the mongorestore docs. |
