Hello,

By default, if nothing is passed using the host or port options, mongoimport attempts to connect to a database on the local machine via port 27017.

Based on the error message, there is not a MongoDB database running at localhost:27017.

If the mongod is on a remote server, specify the full server name or IP address along with the port number for the mongod using the host option.

If the mongod is on the local machine, but is not listening on port 27017, pass the correct port number using the port parameter.
