 Description

We really really need a dateToMilisecond function or some way to calculate the number of time passed to current date. To multiply by years, months, ... creates problems with leap years etc. Would be really simple to just get the time in miliseconds from epoc time for date calculation purposes during aggregations..

Hello,

The Documentation project is primarily for collecting feedback related to the MongoDB documentation, and we cannot address feature requests. Your request very closely resembles the existing SERVER-23347. I recommend that you watch and vote for that ticket.

Thank you
