 Description   

If the Atlas cluster fails to deploy, the user can click Terminate. We should add a single sentence on this in the new-cluster steps.

Add sentence to https://docs.atlas.mongodb.com/create-new-cluster/, after / part of step 4 detailing how to terminate cluster if the deploy hangs/fails.
