 Description

It looks like Cloud/Ops Manager docs get around this problem by showing the TOC inside the home page. We should do the same for MongoDB Atlas... otherwise anyone coming in with a small window cannot see the bulk of the documentation.

Should now have collapsible NAV.

There are some other tweaks I want to make in the behavior, but will let the css changes settle in as a placemarker.

emily.hall, kay.kim I'd like to prioritize a fix for this. What Andrew suggests makes a reasonable short-term fix, but this is actually a regression. I believe it was introduced with the new top-level nav. Users should be able to slide out the left nav from a tab. I've attached a mockup of what the tab might look like together with the tooltip that should appear on hover. The intent is that the left nav would slide out when this tab is clicked and slide away when a section is selected.
