Please please please replace YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.mmm<+/-Offset> by YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.mmm[+/-]hh:mm> or some other way to document the required format without any guesswork.

Alternatively, just add a link to a website that provides a usable ISO-8601 reference, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601.

Someone saved a few seconds by skimping on the format details in your products documentation; I just spent a few hours getting this to work.

I'll go back to PostgreSQL...
