Thanks for your ticket! MongoDB's Documentation Jira project is specifically used to address issues related to the documentation. It seems that you're having issues using Netbeans' MongoDB plugin, which isn't something that MongoDB's docs team is responsible for. I'd suggest referring to their documentation.
